Cancellation Policy

Booking and Cancellation Policy Due to the demand for our herbal consultation services and the time reserved specifically for each client, all appointment bookings are nonrefundable. Rescheduling You may reschedule your appointment one time by contacting us at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Your new appointment date and time will be based on current availability. Appointments cannot be rescheduled more than once. After an appointment has already been rescheduled, any additional changes will require booking and paying for a new appointment. Late Cancellations and Missed Appointments Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the appointment are not eligible for a refund, credit, or transfer. Clients who do not attend their appointment or arrive too late for the consultation to be completed will be considered a no-show. The appointment fee will be forfeited, and a new appointment must be booked and paid for. Late Arrivals Please arrive or log in on time. Arriving late may shorten your consultation so the next client’s appointment is not delayed. The appointment will still end at the originally scheduled time, and the full appointment fee will apply.
